SUPPORTING COLLEAGUES

The original intention had been to call again for the assistance of an Advisory Committee, being confident on the cooperation of the colleagues.
However we have realized a cooperation requested on a voluntary base has not been successful, since professional engagements do often not permit to the colleagues to offer the assistance which would be necessary to “advise” the Organization.

For this MWWD 2010 we prefer to refer to the “old friends” who have contributed to the other MWWDs, asking them to support us in terms of diffusion and of participation.

The roll of the supporting colleagues is divided in three sections, depending on their professional position:
- Scientific
- Sealines & Coastal Plants Engineering, Construction and Operation
- Coastal Works and Coastal Environmental Protection
We expect that the colleagues will:
• assist MWWD Organization in the diffusion of the conference information towards other colleagues around the world
• cooperate by proposing ideas for the Round Table, Workshops and special sessions and new topics/subjects for the conference
• assist in the evaluation of the proposed papers and contribute with their papers and with their participation

Their names are given hereafter and are available in the separate downloadable
List.
Other Colleagues, who may wish to contribute, shall e-mail their proposal to Carlo Avanzini
