The organization has agreed with the management of Hotel Meritus Pelangi Beach Resort & Spa to make available an adequate number of rooms at special rates for registered participants and accompanying persons.
The rates are granted for the period of the conference, with extension to 7 days before and 7 days after the conference week.
For further additional days, reservations will be accepted according to availability. As the number of available rooms at discounted rates is not unlimited, it is recommended to make the booking before August 30, 2010.

After Sept. 1, rooms can be booked according to availability.
The reservations will be made with the RESERVATION FORM in our web.

Room rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) per room per night inclusive of Buffet Breakfast and are comprehensive of service charges, local and/or tourist fees and VAT.

Pelangi Club Rooms, Junior Suites and Suites are also available on request at Hotel's standard rates.
The hotel may provide also the Airport transfer.

Participants shall guarantee their reservations with credit card or bank down payment proportional to the duration of stay. Hotel cancellation policy applies.

Note: indicative exchange rate of the Malaysian Ringgit is 4 RM to 1 € or 3.2 RM to 1 US$
