CLARIFICATIONS |
| PARTICIPANTS OR STUDENTS WITH PAPER * |
Fees of participant with accepted papers shall be paid at latest on July 30. No paper will be included in the Abstract Booklet and Proceedings DVD unless the fee is timely paid. |
| ACCOMPANYING PERSON ** |
The "accompanying person" fee is applicable only if associated to one participant with full fee |
| STUDENTS |
Students shall indicate their status (University, Faculty) |
| PARTIAL ATTENDANCE |
No reduction is applicable in case of partial attendance or renounce to any of the included services |

PAYMENTS |
| PAYMENT MODE |
Payments shall be made only bank to bank and be issued in favour of the MWWD account which will be indicated in the invoice.
Credit card payments or personal cheques are not accepted. |
| PAYMENT DATE |
Payments shall be received to MWWD account at latest 3 working days from the date indicated above |
| EXPENSES AND DETRACTIONS |
All fees shall be paid net, without bank expenses debited to MWWD Organization |
| REIMBURSEMENTS |
1 - No reimbursement of the fee will be made for participants with accepted papers.
2 - No reimbursement of the fee is made in case of "No Show"
3 - Fees of participants without papers or of accompanying persons will be reimbursed 50% minus refund bank expenses only if the reimbursement is requested within September 15 |
